The Blog can exclusively reveal, that Swedish House Mafia, are set to play Privilege Nightclub Ibiza, on Monday June 18th 2012. CANCELLED Read more here swedish-house-mafia-deny-rumours.html Privilege Nightclub were the hot favourites to host the hit making Swedish Trio, after the unexpected ending of their three year relationship with rival club Pacha in November 2011.
Monday Nights at Privilege is home to Tiesto since 2007 and it is unclear if the Dutch Born DJ is to remain with the San Rafel Club. Rumours that Tiesto wanted a new challenge in Ibiza, were circulating on the Island from last season. His music style had veered away from Trance towards House and news of the SHM Monday date, would suggest that Tiesto may be on the move. The Monday night slot left vacant by SHM at Pacha, would seem to be the most likely home for Tiesto's new style of music in Ibiza 2012.
Full details of the Swedish House Mafia/Monday Privilege date are expected next month. For now, news of the June 18th date at Privilege, will make for exciting debate among the many legions of SHM fans across the Globe. Privilege Nightclub has a capacity for 10,000 people and it is an ideal venue to experience the full effects of a SHM production.
